Chapter 3 – Methods<\/p>\n

You have to look at the icon trends on the market and the users feelings to understand their relation and design the best icons for their usage.<\/p>\n

There are 8 main factors for attractivenes:<\/p>\n

  1. artifact imitation – it should look realistic and professional so that you recognize in a few seconds what is shown<\/li>\n
  2. humorous cartoon elements – they should look cute or curious like this you keep them better in mind<\/li>\n
  3. three-dimensional effect – with shadow effects it looks more plastic and realistic<\/li>\n
  4. color – the color should be friendly and you should see it within seconds<\/li>\n
  5. brilliant logo – it should be abstract and have simple symbols so that it’s not to difficult so that it’s easier to keep in mind<\/li>\n
  6. dynamic elements – like this it looks more lively, everything looks better when it’s dynamic<\/li>\n
  7. appropriate function – it should be practical to use and has a functional side<\/li>\n
  8. novetly – like for example a handwriting style<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
