Orange sch\u00e4len, in Scheiben schneiden. Ingwer sch\u00e4len, fein hacken. Mischung auf die Fische verteilen. Je 2 EL Wein dar\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln. Korianderbl\u00e4ttchen dar\u00fcber streuen.
